About Us

Nutrition and Wellness is not a "one size fits all" concept.  Everyone's body is unique and responds to food and lifestyle modifications differently.  With IntegraLife's flexible approach, anyone can successfully improve their nutrition and lifestyle improving overall health. 

Often there is a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle.  We know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. IntegraLife aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is weight management, developing a healthy relationship with food, or improving a health condition; IntegraLife offers a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs.

As of March 2023, IntegraLife is now an American Diabetes Association recognized program.  This can assure you that we have met the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education programs.

Tina Alexander
Founder/Coordinator
Registered Dietitian, Diabetes Educator

Tina completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of New Mexico.  She is passionate about integrating nutrition, physical activity, adequate sleep, proper hydration and stress management to assist individuals in achieving optimal health.  Her passion roots from a family history of diabetes and heart disease, which has driven her to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and obtain her Certificate in Obesity and Weight Management and become a Certified Trauma Specialist in Nutrition and Integrative Care.  With her own struggles with weight due to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), she is very compassionate and understanding with her client’s needs and struggles.  She has experience working in chronic disease management, weight management, weight loss resistance due to hormonal imbalances, and improving mental health including depression and anxiety through nutrition and lifestyle.

Jaclyn Bart
Registered Dietitian
Diabetes Educator

Jaclyn received her Bachelor and Master degrees at Central Michigan University.  She has practiced dietetics for over a decade and is skilled in nutritional counseling and motivational interviewing. She works with a variety of clients including those with diabetes and other chronic diseases as well as specializing in oncology and nutrition support.  She obtained her Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in order to expand her care to her patients with diabetes and other complications.  She uses evidenced based practices to help her clients reach their health goals and optimize their overall health.  She became a dietitian after chronic illness affected her family personally and now she empowers her clients to be the best versions of themselves on their health journey.

Layla Wall
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
NDPP Lifestyle Coach

Layla completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and dietetic internship from the University of New Mexico.  She enjoys working with complex cases such as autoimmune disorder and working with women who have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).  As a Female who has struggled with PCOS as well as an autoimmune disorder, she understands the complexity and individualized approach that it requires.  She is very compassionate and patient with her clients to ensure that they start from where they are at and work on making the necessary changes to optimize their health.  She has experience working in chronic disease management, geriatric nutrition, nutrition in dialysis and nutrition support.

Office and Account Manager

Alyssa is working toward a degree in business management and works with IntegraLife as our office and account manager.  She is responsible for assisting in business growth, client communications and insurance verifications.  She does her very best to try and navigate all the insurance plans to ensure that we find the best way to utilize your insurance benefits for nutrition counseling and diabetes education. She also assists in communicating with your referring provider to ensure that we have everything we need to provide the best care to each and every client.  We pride ourselves with quality care focusing on integrity and taking an integrative approach.

Allyson Bourne
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Allyson completed her Bachelor Degree from Arizona State University.  With well over a decade of experience, she has come to understand that the most important aspect in life is...Your Health. She focuses on helping individuals understand the damaging effects of consuming an excess of processed foods and how these foods can leave our bodies depleted, deficient, and ultimately unwell. When individuals are suffering from a disease process or sickness the ripples of this impact their relationships, family life, career, sleep, mental health, and overall quality of life. Her goal for every client is to regain freedom from their disease and reclaim their health! She has been specializing in Endocrinology and working with patients to manage and take control of their diabetes, hypothyroidism, PCOS, and much more.  Her main focus is the get the body well. When the body is well, clients lose weight, sleep better, improve digestive issues, become more insulin sensitive, and quality of life improves!

Heidi Lucas 
Registered Nurse, Diabetes Educator

NDPP Lifestyle Coach

Heidi completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.  She has been providing Diabetes Self Management Training for over a decade.  She is passionate about providing clients with tools, empowerment, and support to either prevent or effectively manage diabetes.  She has struggled with PCOS and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, however, this does not define her.  Instead, it creates empathy for others and a knowledge that healthcare is not “one size fits all.” Empowering people, gardening, hiking and baking brings her joy.  Her hobbies naturally lead to a healthy lifestyle by increasing physical activity, access to healthy food, and managing stress effectively.  She is also a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional.

Karolyn Pyle

Karolyn is completing her Bachelor degree in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching from Arizona State University.  Her interest in health and wellness grew when she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 20 years ago.  She has been working as a Certified Health Coach and Nutrition Consultant since 2016.  She guides her clients in behavior change empowers them to develop strategies that enable them to create new healthy habits through a combination of education, self-discovery, support and accountability.  She is well versed in nutritional supplementation and can assist in evaluating quality and need for supplements a client is using or is considering.  She is a Certified Trauma Specialist in Nutrition and Integrative Care and a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional.

Kassandra Marcos

Kassandra aims only the best in delivering outcomes to everything that she does.  She has a high sense of accountability, integrity, and optimism.  She has 12 years experience as a dietitian in the Philippines where she spent many years as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at her local hospital.  She is bringing her plethora of knowledge and skill to ensure that we are providing the best care to our patients and improving our internal processes for consistency of care to each and every one of our clients.  She will be assisting staff in medical scribing to ensure that our team runs as efficient as possible to ensure post consultation communication between educator and client or provider is timely.
